Class Schedule
Entry-level classes focus on:
- Daoist philosophy and principles of qi-cultivation
- Qigong to open the qi-gates of the body
- Taijiquan fundamentals and form
- Basic partner-practice
- Sitting meditation
I also offer private Taiji lessons, Taiji body therapy massage, and Yijing oracle readings. All $30. Introductory sitting meditation guidance offered free of charge.
